Open the activity on Strava you want to post

Take a screenshot of the strava activity and crop the statistics you want to share

Open pixelcut.ai or remove.bg. Import the cropped screenshot and remove the background in the tool.

Open instagram app, import you file or photo from your ride.

Add sticker called "Photo" and choose the cropped screenshot with the removed background.

That's it! Your Instagram story now features a clean overlay of your Strava statistics.
